NEW DELHI — No-frills Indian air provider Go First submitted for insolvency and suspended its flights for 3 days beginning Wednesday, triggering difficulties for thousands of fliers.
A declaration on the provider’s site on Tuesday stated the cancellations were triggered by functional factors. “A complete refund will be provided to the initial mode of payment quickly,” the declaration stated.
In a message to workers on Tuesday, airlinecompany chief Kaushik Khona stated Pratt & Whitney had stoppedworking to supply it with replacements for malfunctioning airplane engines, the Press Trust of India news firm stated. Pratt & Whitney, an American aerospace producer with international operations, had no instant remark.
Khona stated the provider was doing whatever possible to
