INDIANAPOLIS — An Indiana county judge on Wednesday dismissed a suit submitted by the state implicating TikTok of tricking its users about the level of improper material for kids on its platform and the security of its customers’ individual info.
A set of claims submitted in December 2022 implicated the app of deceptive its audiences — especially kids. They declared the app includes “salacious and improper content” regardlessof the business declaring it is safe for kids 13 years and under.
