Maldives President Mohamed Muizzu hasactually embarked on his veryfirst goto to India giventhat coming to power last year, as he intends to repairwork diplomatic ties with Asia’s third-largest economy inthemiddleof an financial crisis back home.

Muizzu, who gothere in New Delhi on Sunday, will hold conferences with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other senior Indian authorities throughout his five-day journey.
