(Photo: Varuth Hirunyatheb) The Commerce Ministry is keeping a close watch on costs in 18 classifications in the veryfirst quarter, with expenses nudging up for animal feed raw products, the minimum wage is changed, and transportation expenses increase as a outcome of the Red Sea attacks. According to Wattanasak Sur-iam, director-general of the Internal Trade Department, the 18 classifications being keptaneyeon are: immediate noodles; fresh food; canned food; bagged rice; spices sauce; veggie oil; carbonated beverages; milk and dairy items; electrical devices; laundry items; fertilisers; insecticides; familypet food; iron; cement; paper; medication and medical services, and services through retail and wholesale channels.
