SEOUL, South Korea — Samsung Electronics on Thursday reported development on a significant supply offer for synthetic intelligence-focused chips, intending to assure financiers following a downturn in semiconductor earnings throughout the last quarter.

The South Korean innovation giant stated its operating revenue for the July-September duration increased by more than 277% from a year earlier to 9.18 trillion won ($6.65 billion). But the figure represented a 12% decrease from the 2nd quarter, which Samsung associated mainly to one-off expenses, such as arrangement of worker rewards in its computersystem chip company, and the impacts of a weaker U.S. dollar.
