“My Fellow Americans,
Over the past 3 and a half years, we haveactually made excellent development as a Nation.
Today, America has the greatest economy in the world. We’ve made historical financialinvestments in restoring our Nation, in lowering prescription drug expenses for seniorcitizens, and in broadening inexpensive health care to a record number of Americans. We’ve offered seriously required care to a million veterans exposed to poisonous compounds. Passed the veryfirst weapon security law in 30 years. Appointed the veryfirst African American female to the Supreme Court. And passed the most substantial environment legislation in the history of the world. America has neverever been muchbetter located to lead than we are today.
