An authorities video reveals Mr Putin driving a carsandtruck through streets at night and speaking to individuals. The Kremlin states it occurred late on Saturday. It is thought to be his veryfirst journey to a newly-occupied Ukrainian area. Mariupol’s banished mayor informed BBC News that Mr Putin was a “criminal” who had “returned to the scene of the criminaloffense”. “He hasactually come in individual to see what he hasactually done,” Vadym Boychenko stated. “He’s come to see what he will be penalized for.” Other banished Ukrainian city authorities stated Mr Putin had checkedout at night so he would not see the damaged city in daytime.
