United Auto Workers reaches offer with Daimler Truck, avoiding capacity strike in North Carolina

The United Auto Workers union revealed it reached a last-minute tentative arrangement with truck and bus producer Daimler Truck, avoiding a prospective strike of more than 7,000 employees.
