DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — A U.S. destroyer shot down drones and a rocket released by Yemen’s Houthi rebels towards it in the Red Sea, authorities stated Wednesday, as the Indian navy launched images of it combating a fire aboard a container ship earlier targeted by the Houthis.
