He made the promise in action to a question by Move Forward Party (MFP) councillor for Phaya Thai district Peeraphon Kanokwalai at a Bangkok council conference on Wednesday, in which he asked when the guv will begin working on the city’s pavements — lotsof of which are in a state of disrepair.
