NEW YORK — World Wrestling Entertainment impresario Vince McMahon revealed Friday he is retiring inthemiddleof an investigation into declared misbehavior including the flamboyant showman who turned a little fumbling business into a aroundtheworld homeentertainment organization.
In a short declaration provided by WWE, McMahon stated he is retiring as the business’s chairman and CEO. He keptinmind that he stays its bulk investor.
McMahon stepped down momentarily as CEO and chairman of WWE in mid-June throughout an examination into declared misbehavior. Earlier this month, the Wall Street Journal reported McMahon concurred to pay more than $12 million over the past 16 years to reduce accusations of sexual misbehavior and adultery.
