(Reuters) -OpenAI whistleblowers haveactually submitted a grievance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, calling for an examination over the synthetic intelligence business’s presumably limiting non-disclosure contracts, according to a letter seen by Reuters.
“Given the well-documented prospective threats postured by the careless release of AI, we desire the Commissioners to rightaway authorize an examination into OpenAI’s prior NDAs, and to evaluation present efforts obviously being carriedout by the business to makesure complete compliance with SEC guidelines,” according to the letter, which was offered to Reuters by the workplace of Sen. Chuck Grassley.
The AI business presumably made staffmembers indication contracts that needed them to waive their federal rights to whistleblower settlement, according to the letter.
