Cantonese Braised Pork

Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE (PRB) Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your preferred Asian treats, or include it to stir-fries.
Ingredients
- 500g marble pork, peeled
- 2 pcs star anise
- 2 pcs aromatic leaves
- 130g PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
- 100g PRB Kwangtung Cooking Wine
- 86g sugar
- 3g peanut butter
- 400g water
Method
- Boil the pork for 15 minutes.
- Fry the star anise and aromatic leaves in a pan, include all the flavoring products.
- Add pork and braise for 45 minutes on a low heat, then turn up the heat upuntil the sauce is sticky.
