Filo Pastry Kiev Parcels

Ingredients
- 6 sheets filo pastry
- Butter or olive oil, for brushing
- 1 x package Plantein Plant Based
- Garlic Kievs
- Garlic Kievs
- 1 cup parsley, carefully sliced
- 1 cup rocket
- 1 tomato, slicedup
- ½ red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Lay out a sheet of filo pastry, brush with olive oil or butter and lay a 2nd sheet on top. Brush onceagain with olive oil. Repeat onceagain. Place one kiev ¾ from the bottom of the filo sheet stack and carefully fold, scoop and roll. Tuck both loose ends below to kind a cool parcel. Brush the outside with your option of butter or olive oil and location on the prepared baking tray with the seam-side down. Repeat this procedure for the staying kiev.
- Sprinkle the parcels with a mix of poppy and sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins, or till they are crisp and golden.
- Meanwhile, integrate all salad components and drizzle over your preferred dressing. Serve your kievs warm out of the oven with a side of salad.
