Honey Lime Chicken

These tasty, sweet and sticky tenders are best served to your buddies for a easy yet remarkable supper.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken tenders
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- Zest & juice 1 lime
Method
- Place the chicken tenders into a big ziplock bag and include the honey and the lime.
- Seal the bag and massage upuntil the chicken is well covered in the marinade.
- Leave to marinade in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Remove the chicken tenders and getridof of the staying marinade.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat or heat your barbecue grill if you have one.
- Cook the chicken for approx. 4 minutes per side till prepared through and beginning to get a touch of caramelisation.
- Serve just with little tortilla covers, fresh slaw and a capture of lime.
