Savoury Oats

I love porridge. I’m that weirdo who constantly selects porridge when provided. It was a discovery to my porridge-loving soul to find that savoury oats are simply as excellent as sweet. Simply cook your oats in your stock of option, then top with your preferred additions. This is my preferred power breakfast.
Ingredients
- 6 truss cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100g smoked bacon
- 2/3 cup rolled oats (not fast oats)
- 11/3 cups chicken stock
- 6 Tuscan kale leaves, removed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon chives, sliced
