White Chocolate & Macadamia Nut Traybake

This cake is constantly a huge hit. It makes wonderful muffins too. You wear’t have to drizzle over the chocolate if you choose not to — it’s simply as tasty without it.
Ingredients
- 3 cups self-raising flour
- 3 cups self-raising flour
- 1¼ cups white chocolate, sliced
- 100g butter, melted
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1¼ cups milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Place all components into a big bowl and carefully mix upuntil they come together.
- Pour into a 30cm x 22cm tray and bake for 35–40 minutes or till a skewer comes out tidy.

- Tip: Don’t over-stir this mix.
