White Chocolate & Macadamia Nut Traybake

This cake is constantly a huge hit. It makes wonderful muffins too. You wear’t have to drizzle over the chocolate if you choose not to — it’s simply as tasty without it.



Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-raising flour
  • 3 cups self-raising flour
  • 1¼ cups white chocolate, sliced
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 1¼ cups milk


Method

  • Preheat oven to 190°C.
  • Place all components into a big bowl and carefully mix upuntil they come together.
  • Pour into a 30cm x 22cm tray and bake for 35–40 minutes or till a skewer comes out tidy.

  • Tip: Don’t over-stir this mix.
