Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins left the videogame versus the Green Bay Packers on Sunday after hurting his right ankle early in the 4th quarter. Upon additional examination, the injury was validated to be an Achilles tear, per ESPN.
The Vikings led 24-10 when Cousins strolled gingerly to the sideline after getting sacked for a 2nd successive play, a series that ended with Green Bay’s Karl Brooks obstructing Greg Joseph’s 44-yard field-goal effort.
Cousins was getting treatment on the sideline throughout the Packers’ occurring ownership, which ended with them losing the ball on downs at the Minnesota 10-yard line.
Backup quarterback Jaren Hall, a novice fifth-round choice from BYU, gotin the videogame when the Vikings gainedback ownership with 7: 15 left in the videogame.
