Steven Carl Schapansky, 54, of Santa Barbara, California was due in court on Friday in Santa Barbara County to face charges of 2 felony counts of raunchy and lascivious acts with a kid under 14 and 70 misdemeanor counts of electronic peeping according to KTLA 5.
Schapansky was an primary school instructor at a Santa Barbara charter school mentor 5th and 6th grades. Some of his trainees were stated to be victims of the claims Schapansky dealswith, which are catching video of minors while they are undressing.
