Dec. 26 (UPI) — Japanese vehicle production business Daihatsu, which in the middle of security screening scandal, suspended all of its domestic operations on Tuesday.
Daihatsu has 4 plants in Japan. Its Copen mini-vehicle plant in Osaka Prefecture was the last plant to stop production. The business did not state when it will reboot operations other than to state it will last through January.
