DeSantis Urges Florida Universities to Bar Pro-Palestinian Groups

DeSantis’ instructions comes as battling hasactually increased inbetween Hamas terrorists and Israelis. Across the U.S., lotsof college schools are finding trainee groups growing in assistance of Palestine, consistingof Florida’s Students for Justice in Palestine.

DeSantis stated the groups assistance a “terrorist company.”

State University System Chancellor Ray Rodrigues reached out to university presidents this week after DeSantis’ statement. Rodrigues asked that schools dissolve chapters of SJP.

“Palestinian trainees in exile are PART of this motion, not in uniformity with this motion.

“It is a felony under Florida law to ‘knowingly offer product assistance … to a designated foreign terrorist company,’” Rodrigues stated in the letter.

Violence hasactually increased inbetween Israel and Palestine after Hamas made a surprise attack near the Gaza Strip on Oct. 7. Some 2,500 terrorists eliminated about 1,400 individuals and abducted 220 captives.

In action, Israel has struck back at Hamas’ facilities and operations and stated it is attempting to prevent civilian casualties.

According to The Times of Israel, SJP activities justrecently have consistedof calling the Hamas surprise attack a “historic win” and dispersing products including paragliders utilized by Hamas terrorists in the attack.

SJP is not a brand-new group, and activists in the group have long called for the “liberation” of Palestine and boycotts versus Israel.
