A Georgia teenager is dealingwith several charges following a trick gone incorrect. Police detained Tanji Hallman, 17, one day after she texted her pal that she’d been shot and couldn’t call 911.

Amid their arrival, the buddy notified the 911 dispatcher that Tanji had sentout a follow-up text declaring she was joking. However, no one was apparently able to contact Hallman.

Valdosta Police ultimately situated Tanji Hallman at a various address than the one officers reacted to. At the time, she validated the text was a joke, including that she discovered the trick on social media.

Teen Faces At Least Three Charges For ‘Shot’ Prank Pulled On Friend
