Bulawayo in Crisis: 90% of Women Test Positive for HIV in June
Bulawayo, Zimbabwe – The HIV pandemic has struck Bulawayo with ravaging force. In June, an impressive 90% of ladies checked for HIV in the city were discovered to be favorable. Out of 2,984 ladies who wentthrough screening last month, 2,641 got the stunning news of a favorable HIV status.
The National Aids Council (NAC) hasactually raised issues about the rise in HIV cases in the Matabeleland area, with Bulawayo seeing an unmatched increase.
