Dr. Ian Malcolm has formally invited Scarlett Johansson into the Jurassic World family.
On Monday, Jeff Goldblum, who played the groovy mayhem theorist in Steven Spielberg’s initial 1993 Jurassic Park movie (and repeated his function in 3 followsup), had a unique surprise for Scarlett Johansson throughout a live interview on Today. Johansson, who was promoting her rom-com Fly Me to the Moon with Channing Tatum on the earlymorning program, is set to star in the upcoming Jurassic World movie.
“Dr. Johansson, this is Jeff Goldblum,” revealed Goldblum, while sporting a dinosaur-branded knit in the tape-recorded message. “Here’s what I desire to state to you,” he continued, before referencing the renowned “life discovers a method” line from the franchise’s initially movie. “This I understand: Scarlett will discover a method. Don’t get consumed, unless you desire to.”
Goldblum signed off with, “I love you,” and blew his Asteroid City co-star a kiss.
