BANGKOK (Reuters) – Thailand’s Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra stated on Saturday her brand-new federalgovernment will lookfor to promote the economy “right away” and will continue with the policies of previous premier Srettha Thavisin.

She held a unique cabinet conference earlier in the day to prepare policies that will be provided at a 2-day conference of parliament on Thursday and Friday that will mark the official start of her administration.
