Donald Trump on Thursday lost a quote to hold-up paying an $83.3 million civil characterassassination judgment to author E. Jean Carroll.
The rejection of Trump’s demand by Manhattan federal court Judge Lewis Kaplan suggests the previous president by Monday should either pay that quantity to Carroll, or put up a bond or possessions to cover the worth of the judgment while enticing a jury’s decision in January that he maligned her after she implicated him of rape.
