Dec. 27 (UPI) — The TSA stated Tuesday that a lady guest with a packed pistol was stopped before boarding a flight at Reagan Washington National Airport. The weapon was spotted in her carry-on products.
“Bringing a weapon to an airport security checkpoint was no method to getin the vacation,” stated TSA’s John Busch in a declaration. “There’s naughty and there’s great at this time of year and the good method to transportation your gun is to make sure it is unloaded, locked in a hard-sided case and stated at your airlinecompany check-in counter.”
The Bethesda, Md., local was not openly recognized. She dealswith a civil charge of up to $15,000.
The female’s 9mm pistol was filled with 6 bullets, according to the TSA. An X-ray system identified the weapon inside a carry-on bag. Washington Metro Pol
