According to Page Six, the outlet acquired court files submitted in a Los Angeles court by Palmer on Thursday. The filing declares Palmer and Jackson started custody “discussions” on Wednesday, November 29.

Furthermore, Palmer and Jackson have concurred that the December 5 hearing relatingto Palmer’s limiting order versus Jackson can be rescheduled “until they willpower their concerns in mediation.”
