McAleer and Rushe hasactually started building on the last stage of the Southbank Place advancement in London.
The £138m Southbank Place Building 5 advancement (pictured) is situated 100m from the London Eye.
The total advancement is part of the Shell Tower Masterplan on London’s South Bank.
Building 5 specifies the corner of the masterplan website. The 13-storey structure, constructed above 2 basement levels at Belvedere Road, will offer 92 homes and retail area. It is a 5 minute walk from Waterloo Station.
