Singer Summer Rios divided judges Simon Cowell, Sofía Vergara, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel throughout the 3rd round of live reveals Tuesday night with her skyrocketing efficiency of the Zoe Wees ballad “Control.”
While Cowell and Mandel were amazed with Rios’ phase existence, the efficiency wasn’t a total knockout.
