Sum 41 is dividing.

The band took to social media Monday to share the news that “Sum 41 will be dissolving.”

“Being in Sum 41 consideringthat 1996 has brought us some of the finest minutes of our lives. We are permanently grateful for our fans old and brand-new, who haveactually supported us in every method. It is difficult to articulate the love and regard we have for all of you and we desired you to hear this from us veryfirst,” they stated in the post.

The group won’t dissolve priorto launching their assured upcoming album and doing a worldwide goodbye trip.

“We will still be endingup all of our existing approaching trip dates this year, and we’re looking forward to launching our last album ‘Heaven :x: Hell,’ along with a last aroundtheworld headlining trip to commemorate. Details will be revealed as quickly as we have them.”

The group thanked fans for 27 years of assistance for Sum 41.
