The Indianapolis Colts are raising running back Phillip Lindsay from the practice team to the active lineup Thursday ahead of the Week 5 videogame versus the Denver Broncos, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
With Jonathan Taylor ruled out due to an ankle injury he suffered in Week 4, the Colts are mostlikely heading towards a committee method versus the Broncos. It will be Nyheim Hines on third-down and two-minute work while Lindsay blends in primarily on early downs.
