Dan Skipper has showed the heart of a lion in his six-year NFL profession.

After finalizing more than 20 agreements and bouncing around different practice teams, the Colorado native got his veryfirst start for the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Head coach Dan Campbell called him up to play guard, a position he hadn’t played giventhat his college days at the University of Arkansas.
