Every gamer taken in the NFL draft has a story, and every draft produces a standout minute or 2.

But there was absolutelynothing more psychological than what went down in the Cowboys’ war space when they made the 2nd of their 2 sixth-round choices on Saturday.

That’s when Dallas chose they were going to take Kansas State running back Deuce Vaughn. And then they let his father Chris, the group’s assistant director of college searching, be the one to make the phone call.

“In 30 years in this league, I’ve neverever seen that,” head coach Mike McCarthy informed media members. “That was a extremely unique minute.”

“I’ve neverever had an experience like that in the draft space,” owner Jerry Jones stated later.
