It’s difficult to think that FIFA 23 is a last hurrah. After this year’s installation, the collaboration inbetween Electronic Arts (EA) and FIFA is over. Unfortunately, a rather unsightly moneymaking system isn’t going away with it.
After more information on FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) came out, EA verified that the questionable FUT Packs (AKA loot boxes) will still be in FIFA 23. A area on the official site briefly pointsout loads, so anybody hoping for otherwise is mostlikely dissatisfied. In a declaration to Eurogamer, an EA representative discussed why FIFA 23 still has loot boxes.
“We completely think that Ultimate Team and FUT Packs, which haveactually been part of the videogame for more than a years, are a part of FIFA that gamers love – fans love that the videogame shows the real-world enjoyment and technique of structure and handling a team. Giving gamers the option to invest if they desire to is reasonable,” EA stated. “It’s worth stating that s
