Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff sure doesn’t appear too worried about the possible for the group to select another QB in the 2022 NFL draft. Goff was imperturbable when asked if he’d be upset if the Lions brought in competitors or asked him to be a coach to his ultimate follower as the starter.
“No, whatever it is I trust those men (GM Brad Holmes and head coach Dan Campbell),” Goff stated this week. “They’ve revealed a lot of self-confidence in me and about where I’m at, where I’m at with them, and where we’re headed. I’m thrilled about it. But if anything were to occur there, no issue. I trust the men upstairs.”
