With ESPN’s College GameDay publishing up in Columbia, South Carolina this week, it’s no surprise Gamecocks superfan Darius Rucker made the journey back to school.
It’s even less of a surprise that he brought his guitar with him, and still less unexpected that he got up on phase to play his popular cover Old Crow Medicine Show’s “Wagon Wheel”.
What was unexpected about it all was simply how much previous Alabama coach Nick Saban got into the efficiency.
The coach, who for years was specified by his gruff, no-nonsense disposition, was swaying along with Pat McAfee and singing word-for-word with Rucker while flashing a enormous smile.
It was the most conclusive indication yet that he’s totally retired. Yes, even more so than cussing on his College GameDay debut.

Saban stated he typically has a karaoke night at his home and “Wagon Wheel” is the leading tune askedfor.
Just astonishing things to hear if you’ve enjoyed his profession for the past 2 years. College fans were shook.
