Penn State might have landed a gem in the 2024 class with their quarterback dedicate Ethan Grunkemeyer.
He went into the summertime as a three-star hire and came out of it as one of the greatest risers, resulting in a bump to four-star status. This came on the heels of excellent efficiencies at the Elite 11 quarterback camp that saw him make it to the finals in Los Angeles.

Grunkemeyer is now the 13th general quarterback in the class according to On3’s market rankings.
