The Tennessee Titans and star defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons have concurred in concept to a four-year agreement extension, ESPN’s Turron Davenport reported Friday.

Simmons, 25, hasactually been one of the NFL’s finest young protective linemen over the last coupleof seasons.
