The Texas Longhorns, Steve Sarkisian and Quinn Ewers made a declaration to the college football world on Saturday when they went to Tuscaloosa and beat the Alabama Crimson Tide, 34-24.
Former first-class quarterback and present Texas starter Quinn Ewers provided a workofart, living up to the buzz coming out of South Lake Carroll High School. He finished 24 passes for 349 backyards and 3 goals on 38 tries, throwing penny after cent.

“We understood this entire week if we came in here, we were going to ball out. We were going to shot to make them stop,” Ewers stated after the videogame. “God is so good. I can’t state absolutelynothing else. How much God has put me through, he’s made me so strong. I’m so proud of my group, my entire defense, we balled out. I’m fired up for the rest of the method.”
Heisman projects are frequently specified by big-time wins over championship-level challengers under the brightest lights. Ewers inspected every box.
