The NBA continues to mourn the loss of basketball legend Bill Walton, with league commissioner Adam Silver sharing a unique homage ahead of the 2024 NBA Finals’ initially videogame.
All of the Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks gamers used specifically themed t-shirts throughout warmups that checkedout “WALTON” on them in tie-dye colors, honoring Walton’s routine style options stemming mostly from his Grateful Dead fandom.
How ideal is that? This is such a cool gesture for the league to make in honor of Walton, whose household was in presence at TD Garden in downtown Boston for the videogame.
