In his claim, per the ESPN report, McDonough — the moreyouthful bro of ESPN play-by-play analyst Sean McDonough — declared that he and previous head coach Steve Wilks were required to usage burner phones to keep in contact with previous basic supervisor Steve Keim, who was serving a five-week suspension for a summerseason 2018 DUI in Arizona.

The concept was that the Cardinals might conceal their evident unfaithful conduct under the table by utilizing these phones. Both McDonough and Wilks objected to the strategy, which broke the terms of Keim’s suspension.

Aside from his demotion, McDonough implicated Bidwill of obstructing him from other chances around the NFL, declaring that chances for other tasks throughout the league vanished. He is now lookingfor damages for breach of agreement and psychological distress.

The Cardinals reject these accusations, keeping they had  “repeatedly urged and helpedwith Terry’s [McDonough] dream to continue his profession improvement.”

According to ESPN, some more significant cases of Bidwill’s declared bullying consistof targeting 2 pregnant females and “creating an environment of worry for minority workers.”

This hasactually been developing for a while, and brings some severe allegations—Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill is implicated of “bullying treatment” towards pregnant ladies and having “created an environment of worry for minority staffmembers.”
