Crispy Air Fried Gnocchi with Basil Aioli

Ingredients
- 2 x 500g Grand Italian Potato Gnocchi
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt flakes
- 11⁄3 cups whole egg mayo
- 11⁄3 cups basil leaves, fi nely sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Extra salt flakes, for serving
- Basil, for garnish
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Place the gnocchi into a bowl, drizzle with the oil and toss upuntil well covered. Place the gnocchi into the air fryer basket and air fry in batches if essential for 15-20 minutes or till golden.
- In a bowl, integrate mayo, basil and garlic and mix well to make basil aioli.
- Place the gnocchi onto a serving plate and serve with basil aioli for dipping. Serve rightaway.
