Crispy Air Fried Gnocchi with Basil Aioli

Ingredients

  • 2 x 500g Grand Italian Potato Gnocchi
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt flakes
  • 11⁄3 cups whole egg mayo
  • 11⁄3 cups basil leaves, fi nely sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Extra salt flakes, for serving
  • Basil, for garnish


Method

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  • Place the gnocchi into a bowl, drizzle with the oil and toss upuntil well covered. Place the gnocchi into the air fryer basket and air fry in batches if essential for 15-20 minutes or till golden.
  • In a bowl, integrate mayo, basil and garlic and mix well to make basil aioli.
  • Place the gnocchi onto a serving plate and serve with basil aioli for dipping. Serve rightaway.
