Honey Rice Bubble Slice

Enjoy a wonderful reward with our Honey Rice Bubble Slice. This sweet and crispy dessert integrates honey, rice bubbles, and a tip of decadence. Simply alluring!
Ingredients
- 3 cups rice bubbles
- 1 cup coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 40g chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Method
- Line a rectangle-shaped pan with baking paper. In a big bowl, mix together rice bubbles and desiccated coconut.
- In a little bowl, integrate ¾ cup of the melted coconut, honey and vanilla extract, then put mix uniformly over the rice bubble mix. Mix till well integrated and then press mix securely into the pan.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-40 secs and include the staying ¼ cup coconut oil and pinch of salt. Combine well. Drizzle chocolate mix uniformly throughout the pan of rice bubble mix. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Cut into squares or rectangularshapes and serve rightaway.
- Tip: While pushing the mix into the pan, cover with stick cover and press securely to stop the mix sticking to hands.
