Sticky Barbecue Chicken

This sticky and sweet chicken is truly finger-licking excellent. You can toss this together in the earlymorning and leave it to marinade in the refrigerator all day. It’s a fast, simple and super-delicious meal to cook on the barbecue.
Ingredients
- 80mL coconut aminos
- ¼ cup dark-brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts or 8 thighs (I choose mine skinless)
Method
- Mix all of the marinade components together in a container. Reserve ¼ cup.
- Place your chicken pieces into a big zip-lock bag and put the staying marinade over the top.
- Seal the bag and massage the marinade all over the chicken.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- When you’re prepared to prepare, heat your tidy barbecue grill to hot.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and disposeof the marinade.
- Cook the chicken for approx. 5 minutes each side, depending on the size of your pieces.
- Brush the hot chicken with the booked marinade.
- Rest priorto serving.
