According to Legal Affairs and Trials with Meghann Cuniff, Tory’s attorneys — Jose Baez and Ed Welbourn — filed a 41-page memo on Tuesday (Aug. 1) stating, “The interests of justice would finest be served if Mr. Peterson is approved probation.”
